Families Together works to support people.

Specifically:

To provide in-home and community-oriented family support to families with high management children, with services aimed at preventing disruption and re-entry into placement. To seek permanence for children who are unable to re-enter their home of origin with services aimed at preventing multiple placements. To support adults toward their desire to stay and/or become independent.
